At On the Water, Off the Grid, we want you to love your purchase!
Returns
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. To start a return, please contact us at Amanda@LifeOTWG.com. Please include your order number and reason for the return. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
Please note: Original shipping fees are non-refundable
Refunds may take additional time depending on your bank or credit card provider.
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
The following items are final sale and not eligible for return or refund:

- Promotional or giveaway items
- Damaged or Incorrect Items

Warranty Policy
At On the Water, Off the Grid, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our apparel. We warrant our products to be free from manufacturing defects for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase.
What This Warranty Covers:
This warranty is limited to defects in materials and workmanship that are present at the time of purchase, such as:

Stitching or seam failures

Zipper or hardware malfunctions (e.g., broken snaps or buttons)

Defects in the fabric itself (e.g., flaws in the material)
What This Warranty Does NOT Cover:
This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, improper care, or the natural breakdown of materials over time. Examples of what is not covered include:

Rips, tears, cuts, or abrasions from use.

Stains or damage from washing the garment incorrectly.

Fading of colors or fabrics due to sun exposure or use.

Products that have been altered or repaired by anyone other than us.
How to Make a Claim:
If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect, please email us within 90 days of your purchase at lifeotwg@yahoo.com with the subject line "Warranty Claim."
In your email, please include:

Your full name and order number.

A clear description of the issue.

A few photos showing the potential defect.
Our team will review your claim. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will, at our discretion, repair the item, replace it with an identical or similar item, or issue a store credit.
This policy is the sole and exclusive warranty offered by On the Water, Off the Grid. We are not liable for any damages beyond the original purchase price of the item.
